This course in regional tourist guiding is based in county Cavan and is designed for people who provide or wish to provide a range of guiding services to visitors and qualify as a regional tourist guide. This course is a nationally recognised qualification delivered by industry experts. It will equip participants with the professional, technical, social and administrative skills to offer a quality guiding service to a range of market profiles and requirements.
Cavan Monaghan Education Training Board (CMETB) will be delivering this part-time programme over this autumn/winter 2019/20. The first step is to come along to a public information session, which will provide a more detailed insight into what this course entails on Thursday 19 September 2019 at 7.00pm in the Kilmore Hotel, Dublin road, Cavan. Expression of interest forms for this course will be available for completion on the night.
