2023-2027 LEADER programme funding offers a targeted call for applicants to engage consultants and experts to conduct analysis and development research. This includes feasibility studies and climate action plans to help applicants proposals for climate mitigation or adaptation actions. The Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) is co-funded by the Irish Government, through the Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht, and the European Social Fund Plus under the Employment, Inclusion, Skills and Training (EIST) Programme 2021 -2027.

Cavan County Local Development (CCLD) is a trading name for Breffni Integrated CLG. CCLD is a community led Local Development Company. The company delivers a range of rural, social, community and economic programmes at a local level across County Cavan including SICAP, LEADER, TUS and the RSS.
