Buzzing for Biodiversity: Beekeeping & Climate Action in Fermanagh

On Tuesday, 20th May at 7pm, a special Beekeeping & Biodiversity Workshop will take place at the Education Room, Marble Arch Road, Florence Court Demesne, Enniskillen, BT92 1DB.
This free community event is open to all — from nature lovers to curious minds — and aims to highlight the vital role of pollinators in our ecosystem.
Led by David Bolton of the Fermanagh Beekeepers Association, the workshop will explore how climate change impacts bees and biodiversity. Topics include pollinator-friendly gardening, reducing pesticide use, and supporting beekeepers — practical steps everyone can take to protect our buzzing allies.
With limited places (only 40 available), early registration is essential. Attendees will enjoy an engaging evening of learning, community action, and environmental stewardship.
