Today, Laura Caslin, Laura Brady, Pamela Carney and Elaine McGrath from  Cavan County Local Development attended the Irish National Organisation of the Unemployed Annual Delegate Conference at the Ashling Hotel Dublin.

The conference brought together organisations, advocates, and community development professionals from across Ireland to discuss key issues affecting employment, inclusion, social justice, and supports for individuals seeking access to meaningful work opportunities.

Attendance at events such as the INOU Annual Delegate Conference provides an important opportunity for the Workability Project team to connect with national partners, exchange ideas, and remain informed about emerging developments in employment supports and inclusive workplace practices. The event also highlighted the value of collaboration in supporting individuals facing barriers to employment and promoting equal opportunities within local communities.
