Self Management Programme

Breffni Integrated worked in partnership with Quality of Life to bring a six-week self-management programme to teach coping skills and symptom management to anyone with a long term illness or disability or their care giver. 20 participants are taking part in the programme every Wednesday in Breffni Integrated.

 
 

The Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) is co-funded by the Irish Government, through the Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht, and the European Social Fund Plus under the Employment, Inclusion, Skills and Training (EIST) Programme 2021 -2027.
