Shannon Valley Women’s Group, Dowra has been given assistance to apply for funding to CMETB for a social activities programme comprising of a Cookery demonstration class held on Tues evenings and an all age Fitness and Healthy Living Programme held on Thurs mornings. The Group has been assisted with a funding application to Creative Ireland securing €1,000 for an embroidery project to be held later in the year including the Golden Ladies Group.
