This morning, WorkAbility was delighted to host a rejuvenating soundbath event for service users of RehabCare at its Cavan location, creating a calming and inclusive space focused on wellbeing and relaxation.

The soundbath was delivered by Gillian Rogers.

Guests were welcomed with light refreshments served prior to the session, offering an opportunity to socialise, settle in, and enjoy a relaxed start to the morning. The refreshments encouraged connection and conversation among attendees before the soundbath began.

The session introduced participants to the therapeutic benefits of sound and vibration, using gentle tones and immersive soundscapes to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall mental wellbeing. Service users were invited to unwind in a comfortable environment, encouraging mindfulness and sensory engagement.

Participants responded warmly to the experience, with so many expressing an interest in doing it again.

WorkAbility looks forward to hosting similar wellbeing-focused initiatives in the future, reinforcing its dedication to inclusion, empowerment, and community engagement across County Cavan.
