CCLD Participates in “Your Community, Your Services” Event at Johnston Central Library

Cavan County Local Development (CCLD) was delighted to participate in the “Your Community, Your Services” event held on November 18th at 11.00am in Johnston Central Library, H12 A3T1.

Organised by the Local Authority Integration Team (LAIT) at Cavan County Council, this free community event brought together a wide range of supports, services, and local organisations dedicated to helping people across Cavan.

A Day of Discovery, Connection & Community

The event invited members of the public to:

• Discover the many services available in the county

• Connect with local organisations

• Share experiences and find the support they need

Visitors had the chance to meet groups working in areas such as community development, integration, health, education, social inclusion, and family support. CCLD was proud to showcase our programmes, answer questions, and engage with residents seeking guidance and opportunities.

Exciting Giveaways

Attendees were also entered into a draw to win free Gym & Swim passes for Cavan Leisure Centre, adding a fun incentive to a meaningful community day.
