Members of the community in Cavan are invited to attend a Mental Health Workshop  hosted by Teach Oscail Family Resource Centre . The event will focus on helping individuals, parents and carers learn how to access supports and respond to mental health challenges when they arise. Mental health and wellbeing are important for everyone. At times, people may experience stress, anxiety or emotional difficulties.
