Community in Action: Pop-Up Café & Cultural Awareness Training 🌟

Updated: Jul 23

Recently, a Pop-Up Café for Older People was held at Bailieborough Courthouse, organized by the Alzheimer’s Committee. It was a wonderful day of conversation, connection, and community spirit! ☕💬

📸 Cultural Awareness Training: The first photo features the 9 Cultural Champions who have completed Train the Trainer and will now deliver training across Cavan over the next month. This program, designed by Jennifer from ETB, helps promote understanding and inclusion. New Cultural Champions with Train the Trainer are welcome for the next course, running Wednesdays, 7–9 PM, for 5 weeks. If needed, we can arrange Train the Trainer certification.
