WorkAbility Cavan in CCLD brought the community together this today with a rejuvenating Winter Wellness Networking Event held at Rehabcare, offering participants a unique blend of relaxation and connection.
The event opened with light refreshments, giving attendees the opportunity to meet, chat, and unwind before transitioning into a calming sound bath session led by trainer Gillian Rodgers. Gillian guided participants through a soothing, immersive experience designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and overall wellbeing.
WorkAbility, based in Cavan, supports young people as they pursue employment, training, and education opportunities, helping them build confidence and develop the skills needed for their future careers. The Winter Wellness Networking Event forms part of WorkAbility’s ongoing commitment to nurturing both personal and professional growth.
