When life feels overwhelming, knowing where to turn can make all the difference. A valuable new resource is helping people across Cavan and Monaghan access trusted mental health and wellbeing supports, all in one place.

Through Cavan Monaghan Connects, residents can find information on local services, counselling, wellbeing programmes, suicide bereavement supports, training opportunities, and community events designed to promote positive mental health and wellbeing.

The initiative brings together supports for adults, young people, families, and those affected by suicide bereavement, including services from Pieta, HUGG, Youthrive, Childline, MyMind, Turn2Me, and many others.

This coordinated approach strengthens access to mental health supports, encourages early intervention, and helps ensure that nobody faces challenges alone.

If you or someone you know needs support, visit Cavan Monaghan Connects to explore the full range of available services.

The Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) is co-funded by the Irish Government, through the Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht, and the European Social Fund Plus under the Employment, Inclusion, Skills and Training (EIST) Programme 2021 -2027.

Tá an Clár um Chuimsiú Sóisialta agus Gníomhachtú Pobail (SICAP) cómhaoinithe ag Rialtas na hÉireann, tríd an Roinn Forbartha Tuaithe agus Pobail agus Gaeltachta, agus Ciste Sóisialta na hEorpa Plus faoin gClár Fostaíochta, Cuimsiú, Scileanna agus Oiliúna (EIST) 2021 -2027.
