From the moment our 10–12‑year‑olds arrived at Ballyfermot Youth Services, it was clear this residential would be something special. The energy, the excitement, and the eagerness to try new things set the scene for a powerful day of youth development in action.

For funders and state partners, today demonstrated the value of creating safe, structured opportunities for young people to grow. For local and national media, it offered an uplifting showcase of community integration and youth empowerment. For families and participants, it was simply a brilliant day of connection and confidence‑building.
