The young people attending are currently working on developing their employability skills, and the event provided an opportunity to engage in learning, share experiences, and explore future career goals in a supportive environment. Activities throughout the day were designed to encourage personal growth, highlight individual strengths, and reinforce the importance of teamwork and communication in the workplace.

Events like this play a vital role in supporting young people as they prepare for the world of work, helping them to build confidence, gain practical insight, and take positive steps towards their employment journey.
